ATLANTA SILVERBACKS TRYOUT DATES FOR 2009 SEASON

The Atlanta Silverbacks professional men's team will hold three open tryout/combines for the 2009 season. The tryouts will be held on the following weekends: December 19, 20, 21; January 30, 31, February 1; and February 27, 28, March 1. Tryouts will be limited to 50 participants per session and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. All players who attend tryouts will receive two tryout t-shirts.

Tryout Schedule
All tryout weekends will follow the same schedule. Players are only required to attend one weekend, but they must be present all sessions during that weekend.
FRIDAY SESSION: 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
SATURDAY SESSION: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
SUNDAY SESSION: 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Registration & Fees
The fee to attend tryouts is $250. Atlanta Silverbacks’ coaching staff and professional coaches from other teams will be assessing players attending the tryouts. If you are invited by the Atlanta Silverbacks staff to play for the Atlanta Silverbacks, you will be refunded the $250 tryout fee.

No walk-ups will be allowed. While we welcome international players to attend any tryout weekend, we DO NOT PROVIDE LETTERS OF INVITATION  FOR VISA PURPOSES. Any application that includes a request for a letter of invitation will go unanswered.

Applications and fees are due at least two weeks prior to the tryout date.

Lodging
Lodging arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the player.  More information will be posted regarding special rates and hotels once they have been determined.
