Professional: 2007-2008—Competed for two seasons with Real Salt Lake (MLS) after being traded from the Columbus Crew. Was a mainstay with the Real Salt Lake Reserves, tallying three goals in eight games. 2006—Selected in the fourth round (38th overall) of the 2006 MLS SuperDraft by the Columbus Crew.
College: 2002-2005—Competed for Southern Methodist University. A standout player, Hashimoto finished his career with 26 goals and 20 assists in 71 games played. Was named a 2005 NSCAA All-America Second Team, NSCAA All-Midwest Region First Team, SoccerTimes.com All-America Second Team, CollegeSoccerNews.com All-America Third Team, as well as the C-USA Offensive Player of the Year and a selction to the All-C-USA First Team. Came to SMU after being named the Hawaii State Player of the Year in his senior season of high school. |
