Dates: July 14 - 18, 2008

A soccer match can be won or lost anywhere on the field, but the moments around the goal are the pivotal times that determine the winner and the loser. If you think you have what it takes to stand-out during those moments, by either being a great goal scorer or a great goalkeeper, then the Striker-Goalkeeper Camp is right for you.

The strikers will get instruction from players and coaches who have made a living scoring goals in professional and international games. The players will get hundreds of repetitions around the goal so that they become calm and comfortable in goal scoring situations.

The goalkeepers will get training in the techniques that will give them success and also prevent injury. The goalkeepers will deal with hundreds of shots, crosses, breakaways, and free kicks so that they too become calm and comfortable when confronted with these opportunities in a live match. Coaches will use training tools and video analysis to help players improve all parts of their game.

The camp runs from 8:30AM to 11:30AM each day.  July 14-18, 2008

8:30	Warm up
8:45	Technical stations
9:15	Situation of the day (i.e., forward on a breakaway)
10:00	Small sided games (full-sized goals)
11:00	Individualized instruction
11:50	Daily awards / closing
12:00	Departure
