Off Season College Fitness
Date: June 2-July 31, 2008 (Mon, Tues & Thur)

The College Fitness Program offers an opportunity for players in college or on their way to college to prepare themselves for pre-season. You can go into your pre-season ready and get yourself more playing time. The training sessions will run 3 times per week (except 4th of July week) and will be run by coaches from the Mens, Womens, and PDL teams. Players in the program will have opportunities to occasionally train with the PDL or Pro teams. Each player will receive a set of silverbacks training gear. We will conduct measurable fitness tests every 2 weeks and chart your progress. Your workout can be customized to meet your college’s requirements. Sessions will emphasize flexibility, fitness, and technique.

Fees - $300 per player for all summer

Limits - Limited to 20 players
